PROJECT LAB MENTORSHIP

In 2020, CENTER initiated a new Mentorship Program for first-year Review Santa Fe attendees, with its success thanks to the help of CENTER alumni who took on the task of a trial program. In 2021, the Phillip and Edith Leonian Foundation made this program available to the Review Santa Fe 100 Photographers by fully establishing the Project Lab Mentorship Program.

Review Santa Fe is an incredible opportunity for career development, industry networking, and taking your practice to the next level. One of the oldest portfolio review events in the US enters its 20th year, in 2021, with the weekend-long conference’s virtual programs including over 1,000 portfolio reviews with the esteemed Portfolio Reviewers.

CENTER is committed to supporting your professional development, industry networking, and taking your practice to the next level. Having face-time with the esteemed reviewers, connecting with peers worldwide, and sharing your work with diverse audiences can be a daunting experience. The mentorship program offers a one-on-one session with seasoned mentors to help you evolve your practice.

Due to the limited spaces available and high level of interest, this program is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Thank you for understanding.

HOW IT WORKS: CENTER will pair up new incoming photographers with experienced Review alumni for advice, share pro-tips and mentorship pre and post-event to best optimize all the opportunities that the Review Santa Fe Portfolio Reviews offer. The Mentorship Program is conducted online (email, phone, and/or video chat) so that you connect worldwide.

PARTICIPATION: Requests for mentorship become available after invitations have been sent out. If you have any questions about the Mentorship Program or if you would like to sign up, please contact our Programs Engagement Manager, Matthew Contos.
