Blue Earth Fiscal Sponsorship

CENTER sponsors documentary projects that educate the public about critical environmental or social issues.

Once a year, we invite proposals of any geographic scope involving the photographic and motion picture mediums. Photographers and filmmakers can submit applications during the Calls for Entry, currently open. The selected projects can use the fiscal sponsorship to seek grants and tax-deductible donations. If selected for sponsorship, individuals are solely responsible for finding and sourcing their project funding. CENTER does not provide project funding through fiscal sponsorship.

Projects are a good fit if they are planning to seek funding in the next year and have a public outreach component to the project, such as a presentation.

  • 1). Fill out the application form and pay for your desired categories

    2). Prepare files and project information:
    • Project Proposal PDF – 2 pages or less
    • Your Resume – including physical address, phone number, and email
    • Proposed Project Schedule
    • Proposed Budget – including a line item for your pay
    • Sources – a list of funders you plan to approach, please specify any committed funding
    •     References – (3) with email address and phone number
    •     Up to 20 images and/or videos from a recent body of work

As a non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status, CENTER is eligible to receive grants and tax-deductible contributions from private foundations, individuals, or other entities.
